  • Messaging Email and calendaring. Available in the office or remotely (internet, mobile device). Solution may be provided thru an onpremise server solution or a hosted solution.
  • IM/Presence: Instant Messaging and Presence
  • Conferencing: Web, audio, and video conferencing
  • Voice: Voice Mail, Unified Messaging. Making and receiving voice calls with traditional PBX phone systems or IP-PBX systems
